Schedule

The main aim is for you guys to be as relaxed as possible on the day, have plenty of time to hang out with your family and friends and also make sure there's a bit of time put aside for your photographs.  One of our main bits of advice when creating your schedule is to be REALISTIC with your timings.  If your ceremony finishes at 2pm then all your guests will not be getting on that bus to go to the reception at 2pm.  It will take time for all your guests to come out of the ceremony.. they'll want to congratulate you etc.. this could take 10 - 20 mins so it's always good to factor this in.

SCHEDULE TIPS

Give yourselves plenty of time if moving your whole wedding party (from ceremony to reception.. bringing them in to dinner etc)

Between your ceremony and dinner, this is when a lot of your main photographs will be taken.  We like to give you as much time to mingle with family and friends as possible so around 1.5 hours - 2 hours tends to be a decent amount of time to keep it relaxed and stress free.  It tends to look something like this..

Confetti Shot

We normally do this straight after the ceremony

Family Photographs

We recommend choosing around 6-10 family photos and we tend to work from the biggest group down to the smallest.  It is always super helpful and SO much quicker if there is someone on hand to actually address the whole wedding party calling out who is needed.  We want to capture YOUR family exactly as they are so we always like to keep these photos relaxed, not too long and not 'formal' at all.

Bridal Party Photos

If you have a Bridal Party then we like to sneak you all off for some photos together.  This is always lovely as you guys have the chance to have a bit of time with just your closest friends
